The Beatsyfit Fitness App provides two workout program options. 


1.) The Non Gym BEASTY Workouts


2.)  The Weightlifting BEASTY Workouts

NON GYM BEASTY Workouts

Programed for those working out from home or from out of town. No gym equipment is needed for these workouts. 


The Non Gym BEASTY Workouts involve Bodyweight Movements such as Squats, Pushups, Lunges, Burpees, Plank Holds, & Sit-ups. 


Workouts descriptions, photos, videos, modification and advancement options are provided. 

WEIGHTLIFTING BEASTY Workouts

Programed for those working out from an at home gym or a gym facility. 


Weightlifting BEASTY Workouts involve Weightlifting Movements such as Front/Back Squats, Deadlifts, Shoulder Press, Bench Press and more. Gym equipment such as Barbells, Dumbbells, Weight Plates, Wall Balls, Slam Balls, and more are needed for these workouts.


Workouts descriptions, photos, videos, modification and advancement options are provided.

Add Results by Inputting your Weights, Times, Reps, & Rounds

The Beastyfit App gives our BEASTY athletes the opportunity to add the results form their workout. The ADD RESULT option allows one to enter and save their weights, reps, times, rounds, and so forth.

Modifications & Advancement Options for Varying Fitness Levels

The Beastyfit App provides Modification and Advancement options for all BEASTY Levels. 


If you are new to working out or need slower progressive steps, there are several options for modification provided for you! The Beginner to Intermediate BEASTY!


If you are looking to step ip up a bit and advance to harder movements, there are several options for advancement provided for you! The Intermediate to Advanced BEASTY!

Add Past & New Performance History

The Beastyfit saves results, then allowing them to view their Performance History. Performance History gives one the opportunity to view past weights, reps, times, rounds, and so forth from past workouts. Giving them opportunity to improve and progress in their strength and scores.
