The Beatsyfit Fitness App provides two workout program options.

Programed for those working out from home or from out of town. No gym equipment is needed for these workouts.
The At Home Workout format involves a Core Warmup, Mobility, Strength, Cardio, & Cool Down. Workouts incorporate Bodyweight Movements such as Squats, Pushups, Lunges, Burpees, Plank Holds, & Sit-ups.
Workouts descriptions, photos, videos, modification and advancement options are provided.
Programed for those working out from an At Home Gym or a Fitness Facility.
Weightlifting BEASTY Workouts involve Weightlifting Movements such as Front/Back Squats, Deadlifts, Shoulder Press, Bench Press and more. Gym equipment such as Barbells, Dumbbells, Weight Plates, Wall Balls, Slam Balls, and more are needed for these workouts.
Workouts descriptions, photos, videos, modification and advancement options are provided.
The Beastyfit App gives JessConeFitness's BEASTY athletes the opportunity to add the results from their workout. The "ADD RESULT" option allows one to enter and save their weights, reps, times, rounds, and so forth.
The Beastyfit App provides Modification and Advancement options for all BEASTY Levels.

The Beastyfit saves results, then allowing them to view their Performance History. Performance History gives one the opportunity to view past weights, reps, times, rounds, and so forth from past workouts. Giving them opportunity to improve and progress in their strength and scores.
